How can I book the apartment?

Dear guest, please note: the booking or reservation of the APARTMENT FOR DAILY RENT in our agency (from one day to five months) doesn’t require any pre-payment.

There are few ways of booking apartments in our agency:

  • at our website on the page RENT & BUY
  • using service to book at the page daily rent
  • send the request by e-mal: [email protected]
  • call us: +3 8 044 289 39 49, 284 35 61 , Skype teren.plus from Monday till Friday from 9 till 19.00
  • During weekends call the duty manager: +3 8067 404 56 52

When and how should I pay?

You can pay by cash on the day of arrival or beforehand by a bank transfer. Please, note, we can’t receive credit cards. The full prepayment and a security deposit in amount of one night rent payment is required on the check-in day. You receive the deposit back on the day you leave, when you get back the keys.

Is any security deposit required?

We do require the security deposit in amount of one day rent payment, which you pay on the day of arrival together with the rent payment. The damages of the apartment caused through a fault of guest or the loss of keys – we compensate through the amount of deposit. If the apartment is in order and the keys are returned - we return the deposit on the check-out day.

Where and how will I get the keys to the apartment?

You need to arrange your check-in time and key delivery with our manager, who will offer you several ways of passing the keys. The usual ways are the following: You pick up the keys in our office during working hours (from 9a.m. till 7 p.m.) You book our transfer and driver passes you the keys. The manager or the cleaning lady meets you in the apartment. The keys are delivered to the organization you work to in Kyiv. Please, note, that for you should have the valid passport with you.

Check-in/check-out time

Check in time is noon.

Check-out time is 1p.m.

Please, contact your manager beforehand if you need to change the standard time. The apartment can be booked from the early morning or till 6 p.m. in the evening – in this case you pay half of the one day rent payment. In case of late check-out (after 6p.m.) – the whole day payment is required.

How can I make adjustments or cancellation of my booking?

In case you need to change the dates of your arrival or you can’t come and have to cancel the booking, please, inform us beforehand by e-mail: [email protected] or call us +380 67 404 56 52.

What is included to the daily rent price?

All our apartments belong to the agency and don’t require any additional commission. The price includes all the community charges, high-speed Internet, duty cleanings once a week, technical support.

Are local taxes included to the price?

The price includes all local taxes, so there are no hidden fees.

Are the apartments fully equipped?

All our apartments are fully furnished and equipped (refrigerator, conditioner, boiler, LCD TV, satellite/ cable TV, microwave oven, electric cattle, toaster, iron, ironing desk, hair-drier, drying desk etc.). There is a bed linen and towels in the apartments that are changed once a week during duty cleaning.

Is there Internet connection in the apartments?

In all our apartments high-speed Internet is activated.

How many people can stay in the apartment?

The price for the apartment doesn’t depend on how many people will stay in it. The number of sleeping places in the apartment you may specify with our manager or see at our site.

The change of the apartment

Please, discuss the check-out time with our manager and he will come at the agreed time to check the apartment, take the keys and return the deposit. Please note, that in case of damages of the apartment caused through a fault of guests or the loss of keys the deposit will not be returned.

Transfer service

Our agency offers transfer services from airports and railway stations. The driver meets you with the board Teren Plus, gets to the apartment, passes the keys and the invoice and take the payment. The price for the transfer from Borispil airport - $ 30. Central railway station - $ 15. If you need the transfer from other places, please, contact our manager and specify the price.

Can I get accountable receipts?

We do provide all the necessary documents in Ukrainian, Russian and English. Please, inform our manager what accountable receipts you need beforehand.

Cleaning service

Once a week we provide duty cleanings in the apartments with changing bed leaning and towels. If you need some additional cleanings or interested in other services, please, contact your manager and specify the price.

Hot water

We never have problems with hot water as far as in all our apartments water boilers are installed. If central heating doesn’t work, please contact our manager and he will send the technical man who switches on the boiler. Please, don’t switch on the boiler by yourself.

Using code locks/house intercom

While getting the address of the apartment you will also get the number of the entrance code. If you settle in the apartment for the first time, specify how to use the code – to push the buttons one by one or simultaneously. If there is a house intercom in the building – you should dab magnet key to the electro-magnetic lock and open the door after the acoustical signal.

Can I use apartment telephone to call abroad?

You can use phones installed in the apartment only for city calls. The payment for international calls is not included to the price. To call abroad telephone cards that you can receive in the post office can be used. The post office is located on Independence Square.

How to switch on the gas stove?

To switch on the gas stove push and turn the handle and keeping in pushed position for 5-8 seconds wait until the fair appears in the burner. Then turn the handle to the working order. Please, use the button of electric ignition if the burning is not automatic. Please, don’t use matches for switching on the stove.

How to use gas column?

The column switches on automatically when you open the hot water tap – when you close the tap, the column switches off automatically. Please, don’t switch on the gas column by yourself – call our manager and ask for a technical man.

What are age restrictions for booking an apartment?

To use services provided by our agency or to book the apartment with us you must be at least 18 years old.

Is it allowed to smoke in the apartments?

Dear guests for your comfortable and pleasant stay we don’t allow to smoke in our apartments. But most of our accommodations have open balconies with nice view, where you can have rest and smoke in comfort if you like.
